Solar Projects

UC Solar Ltd. in joint venture with Canadian Solar Solutions Inc. has commenced with the Renewable Energy Approval (REA) process as described in Ontario Regulation 359/09 under the Environmental Protection Act Part V.0.1 for two (2) proposed 9- and 10-MW solar photovoltaic projects located in Ontario (see below). Hatch Ltd. has been retained to assist UC Solar in meeting the REA requirements.

Project information, reports and notices of upcoming public meetings will continue to be posted on this website over the next year as the planning and design of the project moves forward through the REA process. For a flowchart of the REA process and to see where we are in the process, see below.
